Marketing Intern

Candidate should be capable of initiating and maintaining strong personal relationships. In addition, he/she should be able to coordinate with all the departments involved to ensure the completion of projects. A high degree of organization and self-motivation is required. This person must quickly learn the product, the market and stay aware of upcoming company opportunities.

Reports to: Marketing Director


  • Market research & data analysis
  • Assist with building and manage database
  • Assist in development of marketing materials (company/product descriptions, etc.) and press releases
  • Assist with development of social network sites and website
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly newsletter
  • Assist with events in various capacities (preparations, service, etc.)
  • Assist with and perform any other duties as needed or assigned by the Marketing Director
  • Minor translations and copywriting

  • Excellent Chinese written and oral skills
  • Good command of French or English
  • Familiar with Chinese social media
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and the internet
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail

    Beneficial but not necessary:
  • Some graphic & web design background (knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator, wordpress, etc.)
  • International/multicultural experience

  • Monday-Friday, 9:30-6:30pm; possibility of events outside of working hours. Negotiable.
